I’m Bo Hosack, the owner and founder of BoDeck & Wash. I got my start working at a local marine shop in Statesboro, Georgia, where I spent countless hours washing and detailing boats. That hands-on experience taught me everything about cleaning different types of boats—from mold and mildew removal to caring for fiberglass and aluminum. I realized I could offer high-quality, mobile boat detailing at a fraction of the usual cost, so I started BoDeck & Wash to bring convenient, affordable boat cleaning and custom decking services directly to you.

I launched BoDeck & Wash after a memorable summer building a jon boat with my father before my junior year of college. That experience inspired me to create removable, functional, and affordable custom decks, since pre-built options were either scarce or cost more than the boat itself.
Jon boats used to be an affordable choice for many fishermen, but today prices are sky-high. I aim to bring back accessibility by offering quality custom decking and mobile boat cleaning services that help boaters upgrade and maintain their vessels without breaking the bank.
